Terms of Service

Ponderspace is a tool for exploring the things you're curious about. These terms explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Last updated 25 August 2026

1. Who we are

Ponderspace ("we", "us") provides a web service that helps you discover podcasts and research about topics you're curious about, and keep what you find. You can reach us at hello@ponderspace.app.

2. Your account

You need an account to create rabbit holes and save finds. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

3. Free use and Pro subscriptions

  • Free accounts include a limited number of explorations per month. The current limit is shown in the app.
  • Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly in advance. The price and any applicable VAT are shown before you pay.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — see our refunds and cancellation policy.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. You confirm that the billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Content and third-party sources

Ponderspace surfaces podcasts, episodes and research papers published by third parties. We do not host, own or control that content, and links point to the original platforms. Summaries and connections are generated automatically and may contain mistakes — treat them as a starting point, not as fact.

Anything you write in Ponderspace (rabbit hole names, notes) remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you.

6. Acceptable use

  • Don't attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits or paywalls.
  • Don't scrape, resell or bulk-extract results, or use the service to build a competing dataset.
  • Don't attack, overload, reverse-engineer or probe the service or its providers.
  • Don't use Ponderspace for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, or that put the service or other users at risk.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Ponderspace available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or of specific results. Third-party discovery sources can be slow or temporarily unavailable, and features may change as the product develops.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Ponderspace is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Ponderspace and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms. When your account is deleted, your rabbit holes, finds and notes are removed and any active subscription is cancelled.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Norway, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence say otherwise.

11. Updates to these terms

If we make material changes we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Ponderspace after that means you accept the updated terms.
